Oakdale Cheese & Specialties is located at 10040 State Highway 120, north of Oakdale. The property exists out of a 4 acre parcel, set between a strawberry field and brush field. It sits right on the tourist Hwy. where traffic zooms by to their Yosemite Gold Country destination and back to the Bay Area.

The big building you will see contains the cheese factory and the store with it’s bakery. The landscaping is really beautiful now that everything starts to grow. About 3 acres is developed into grass. Two ponds connected with a rustic bridge are eye appealing. Both have a fountain and a small waterfall forms the back of it. In it lives a school of approximately 100 Koi fish. 12 shaded picnic tables are scattered over the grounds, where guests enjoy their fresh baguettes, cheese and wine or other goodies.

The farm animals are an attraction by themselves. Right now, there are 2 ducks, 5 geese, 2 sheep, 5 goats , a llama, "Gibi" our retired donkey,   and 2 rabbits. Two Jersey calves - Moe and Joe, just arrived and some chickens make the animal herd complete. People wander all over the grounds with a $.25 coin in their hand in order to either hand feed the fish or the 2- or 4 footed animals. What a cute and delightful sight this often offers. The Bulk family built their house at the end of the bridge driveway. Well, they have set their work out, on this little piece of land for the next 20 years to come. Health and Faith provided.
