With Quark
MANDARIN ORANGE CHEESECAKE WITH QUARK
- Use a ready made crust in a spring form
- Get your favorite large box of Jello Gelatin(orange flavor is best)
- 1 - 20 oz.can pineapple chunks
- 1 can mandarins
- 1 tub of Quark
- Mix Jello with 1 1/2 cup heated juice from the fruit cans added with water until gelatin is dissolved
- Add Quark. Stir until completely dissolved.
Refrigerate until half set. Add drained fruits and pour mixture into the crust.
Cool completely until firm in the refrigerator.
A delicious light summery dessert.
